TL;DR: Cancel any time before "Printing started" for a full refund. If we make a mistake, we reprint free. If the issue is with your file, we can offer a paid reprint.
You can cancel your order free of charge from My Orders on the app as long as the status is Received or Queued. The moment the status changes to Printing Started, your job is on the press and can no longer be cancelled.
We take responsibility for errors that happen on our end — smudged pages, wrong paper size, wrong number of copies, wrong color mode applied after you paid for auto-detect. In these cases:
Report the issue within 24 hours of pickup or delivery by calling or WhatsApp-ing us.
We print exactly what you upload, without modifying your files. We cannot offer refunds for:

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Razorpay typically settles refunds within 5–7 business days.
TL;DR: Pickup is free, home delivery is ₹30 flat. Most orders are ready within 3–4 hours of payment.
We offer two ways to receive your prints:
Most standard orders (under 100 pages) are ready within 3–4 hours of successful payment confirmation. Bulk orders (100+ pages or multiple copies) may take longer — we'll estimate the time at checkout.
Home delivery is currently available within Gurugram city limits. If your PIN code is outside our zone, we'll contact you to arrange shop pickup and refund the delivery charge.
If your order is delayed significantly past the estimate, reach out via WhatsApp with your Order ID. We'll either expedite or waive the delivery fee, depending on the situation.
Metalix Print is available to anyone aged 18 and above. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You confirm that you have the legal right to print and reproduce the content in any file you upload. Metalix Print is not responsible for copyright infringement, defamatory content, or unauthorized reproduction of third-party material.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Metalix Print does not store your card or banking details. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or consequential damages.
Short version: Your files are used only to print your order and deleted after 7 days. We don't sell your data.
We use your information only to fulfil your order, contact you about it, and improve our service. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to complete delivery (our delivery partner).
Uploaded documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 7 days after your order is completed.
