Common questions
How long does printing and delivery take?
Most standard orders under 100 pages are ready within 3–4 hours of successful payment. Bulk orders — 100+ pages or many copies — may take longer, and we'll give you a realistic estimate at checkout.
Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), and photos (JPG/PNG). We convert and calculate your page count automatically, so there's no need to export to PDF yourself first.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. Shop pickup is free. Home delivery is ₹20 within our local PIN code (122505), ₹60 elsewhere in Gurugram, and priced by distance if you're outside Gurugram — choose instant delivery (within 2 hours) or schedule a slot for later at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over ₹500.
What's the difference between color and black & white pricing?
Color pages cost more per page than black & white. You can print a file entirely in black & white, entirely in color, or use auto-detect so only the pages that actually contain color are billed at the color rate.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree before your order enters the print queue. Metalix Print never stores your card or banking details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — after payment you get a tracking link showing whether your order is queued, printing, or out for delivery. No account or app install required.
What if something's wrong with my print?
Report it within 24 hours of pickup or delivery by calling or WhatsApp-ing us. If we made a mistake, we reprint it free; if the issue is with the uploaded file, we can offer a paid reprint.
