Eligibility
This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above located within our serviceable area in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, India.
Our services
Metalix Print offers document printing, photo printing, passport/visa photo packs, custom stamps, stationery, and visiting and ID cards, all ordered through print.metalix.in.
Your content
You confirm that you own or have the legal right to print and reproduce all content in files you upload. Metalix Print is not responsible for copyright infringement, defamatory content, or any unlawful reproduction of third-party material uploaded by customers.
Content we will not print
We reserve the right to refuse printing of content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates any applicable Indian law.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST (currently 18%) is added to orders that ask for a GST invoice and is shown separately before you pay. Final pricing is calculated at checkout based on your selected options. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Cashfree, whichever you choose at checkout. You can also pay in cash or by UPI on pickup or delivery. Metalix Print does not store any card or banking information.
Business accounts
A business account puts your company’s GSTIN on every invoice and lets your team order together. Monthly billing is offered at our discretion, with a credit limit and payment terms agreed with you. A monthly bill must be paid within its payment terms; we may pause monthly billing while a bill is overdue.
Order fulfilment
Printing begins immediately after payment confirmation. The order page shows an estimated ready time before you pay. Standard orders are fulfilled within 3–4 hours. Metalix Print is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of business, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
