Delivery options
Shop pickup (Free): Collect your prints directly from our store at Metalix Print, Plot No 44B, Adil Nagar, Phool Bagh Colony, Near Satyarthi Dham, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226022. We’ll let you know when your order is ready: by email, on your tracking page, and by notification if you’ve turned order alerts on.
Home delivery: Delivery is free on orders above ₹500. Below that, it's ₹20 within our local PIN code (226022) and ₹60 for the rest of Lucknow. At checkout you can choose instant delivery (dispatched within 2 hours of payment) or schedule a delivery slot for later.
Turnaround time
Most standard orders — documents, photo prints, and passport photo packs — are ready within 3–4 hours of successful payment. Bulk document orders (100+ pages) or large photo/passport-photo quantities may take longer — estimated time will be communicated before dispatch.
Delivery area
Home delivery is currently available within Lucknow (PIN codes starting 226). If your PIN code is outside our serviceable zone, we will contact you to arrange shop pickup and refund any delivery charge collected.
Delays & missed deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7042443143 with your Order ID. We will either expedite the delivery or waive the delivery charge, at our discretion.
