Metalix Print ("we", "us") operates print.metalix.in. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, and optional email — to process and communicate about your order
• Delivery address — only if you choose home delivery
• Uploaded documents — solely to fulfil your print job
• Payment transaction ID — provided by Razorpay after payment; we never store card or banking details

How we use it

Your data is used only to fulfil your order, send order updates via SMS/call, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except our delivery partner (for home delivery orders) and Razorpay (for payment processing).

File retention

Uploaded documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 7 days after your order is completed.
