Metalix Print ("we", "us") operates print.metalix.in. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Name, mobile number, and optional email — to process and communicate about your order
- Delivery address — only if you choose home delivery, and the map pin for your door if you add one
- Uploaded documents and photos — solely to fulfil your print job
- GSTIN, business name and billing address — only if you ask for a GST invoice or set up a business account (for a business account, also the names and mobile numbers of the team members you add)
- Payment transaction ID — provided by Razorpay or Cashfree (whichever you pay with) after payment; we never store card or banking details
How we use it
Your data is used only to fulfil your order, send order updates (by email, on your tracking page, and by notification if you turn order alerts on), and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except our delivery partner (for home delivery orders) and Razorpay or Cashfree (for payment processing).
Cookies and analytics
With your consent (the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and improve it. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and Clarity doesn’t run; ordering works exactly the same.
File retention
Uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 3 days after your order is completed.
